Nyrh (“the app”, “we”) compares product prices across stores in Ashgabat. This policy explains what data the app collects, why, and with whom it is shared. It applies to both versions of the app: Android (Google Play) and iOS (App Store).
When you create an account we receive your email address. You can sign in in three ways: with a one-time code sent to that address; with Google Sign-In, in which case Google provides your email address and profile name; or with Sign in with Apple (in the iOS version), in which case we receive a permanent identifier for your Apple account, an email address and — only at the very first authorization — your name. We do not use or store passwords.
If you choose “Hide My Email” when signing in with Apple, Apple gives us a relay address in the form xxxx@privaterelay.appleid.com rather than your real one, which we never see. We store the Apple identifier as the key to your account, so that we can recognise you on subsequent sign-ins.
Your profile may optionally include a name and a city district.
Tracked products, your shopping list, store subscriptions, family group membership and your referral code are stored on our servers and linked to your account, so that the app works across your devices.
If you allow notifications, the app receives a device token and sends it to us so we can notify you about price drops and news. Delivery is handled by Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) and, on iOS, the Apple Push Notification service. You can revoke this permission in your device settings at any time.
On Android, the app collects usage events — screens opened, scans, sign-ins, products added to tracking — linked to your account. Analytics runs on our own server (ph.tizpos.com) and is not shared with third-party analytics providers. On iOS, no analytics is collected.
The app may request access to your location. This permission is optional: if you decline, the app continues to work in full. When access is granted, the app requests an approximate device location once and uses it only on the device — to show the nearest store among those offering the same best price. Coordinates are not sent to our servers, not stored, and not shared with third parties.
The camera is used solely to read a product barcode. Images are never stored or transmitted; the app receives only the numeric product code.
Scan history, language and theme preferences, and your scan-streak counter are stored locally and never reach our servers. They are removed when you uninstall the app.
We do not sell your data and do not share it with advertising networks or data brokers. Sharing is limited to service providers: Google (Google Sign-In, notification delivery) and Apple (Sign in with Apple, notification delivery on iOS). Analytics is hosted on our own infrastructure.
Account data is retained while your account exists. If you delete your account, the data is removed from our servers within 30 days. Aggregated price statistics that do not identify a user may be retained longer.
You can view and edit your profile in the app, revoke notification and location permissions in your device settings, and delete your account inside the app: Profile → Delete account. Deletion is permanent and removes the associated data within the period stated above.
The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.
We may update this policy. The current version is always available at this address, with the effective date shown at the top.
